In the fall of 2016, I picked up a planner for 2017. It was titled, Best Year Ever.
Well, 2017 wasn't a perfect year. And I don't think I could really say it was the best year ever. But for me as an aspiring writer, it was pretty good.
In March, I signed a two book contract with Harlequin Heartwarming. And by December 1, I'd delivered and edited two complete manuscripts. They're being published in 2018, but they happened in 2017.
So, not the best year ever, but a red letter year for sure.
I'm being a little more conservative this year. This year the planner just says 2018 Planner. But I'm still hoping for a good year.
